Jim O’Mahony is the Founder and Chairman of FIXT, Vice Chairman of Wilshire Axon. Jim O’Mahony started his career within the motor industry in the United Kingdom; he has progressed through design, industrial engineering, human resources, operations management, and marketing and exec management positions. He has built brands and businesses in multiple countries and in a range of industries. Jimmy worked with Bristol Myers and Diageo in the UK and then moved to Australia with Lion Nathan as Managing Director of New Zealand Breweries and then Managing Director of Tooheys Breweries, before heading off to China in 1996 to launch, Lion Nathan Asia’s business based out of Shanghai. In 2001, he moved back to Sydney as CEO of Ainsworth Game Technology, where he was responsible for bringing a revolutionary new gaming product to the market, and taking the company public through an IPO. After spending many years on the client side, peddling everything from cars, pharmaceuticals and beer, he eventually saw the light and moved into the ad business. Jimmy joined Saatchi & Saatchi in 2002 as CEO Australia. From there became CEO of Saatchi & Saatchi operations worldwide with the exception of non-Hispanic USA. The roster of clients ranged from local to regional, and global. Including but not limited to: P&G, Toyota, Lexus, Danone, Visa, Sony Ericsson, Diageo, Danone, China Mobile, Carlsberg and Starbucks.

John Sabella President of Beanstalk Media, an advertising publishing platform – has joined the Company as a Special Advisor to the board. Mr. Sabella’s extensive experience with generating advertising revenue through key-word clicks for Google will be instrumental to the brands using MagMo’s back page functionality. The ad unit is tied directly to the brand and its consumer and has the potential to produce a substantial income stream for the company. Mr. Sabella has held the title of Chief Technology Officer at Undertone Networks for over five years and previously was the Senior Vice President of Engineering at Rhythm NewMedia, a start-up advertising-supported mobile video company, where he managed the development and launch of the company’s mobile video advertising platform. In addition, Mr. Sabella served as CTO and COO at Conducive Corporation, where he designed and produced adMarketplace.net, an internet ad-buying technology based on an open, transparent marketplace and a scalable self-service model. During his tenure at Conducive, he built the eBay Keywords system allowing sellers to promote their products through keyword buying across eBay. Mr. Sabella began his digital media career at DoubleClick, Inc. as Vice President of Engineering, where he rebuilt the company’s entire publisher platform and was instrumental in developing and launching new products such as Boomerang, DAE (Dart Enterprise Engine) for Advertisers, and DARTmail, among others. Double Click (which sold for $3.1 Billion to Google in 2007) was the pioneer is display advertising and became a basis for Google’s ultimate success.

John Pattyson is a 30-year veteran of the entertainment industry ranging from on-air Sportscaster for NBC, the launch of the PM/Evening Magazine series, while producing and directing more than 2,000 hours of network, cable and syndicated television programming. He was instrumental in creating and developing the marketplace for EPKs (electronic press kits) for films including Gladiator, Cliffhanger, Batman Returns, Waterworld and more. He’s worked with actors such as Brad Pitt, Sylvester Stallone, Charlize Theron and Robert DeNiro; and directors such as Ridley Scott, Steven Spielberg and Joel Schumacher. He was the recipient of a national award for the first ever 3D television program, which he produced, wrote and directed about the “Concours d’Elegance,” the famed automotive show in Pebble Beach, CA. When streaming video was in its infancy, Pattyson led the entertainment division for UStream.tv, producing the first ever live-streamed event from the Red Carpet premiere of the TV Show “Dirty Sexy Money” starring Donald Sutherland and William Baldwin. Most recently, Mr. Pattyson helped launch the Entertainment division of Immersive Media, which is a 360-degree video and live-streaming platform. In this role, he partnered with global media companies, top ad agencies and major tier-one brands. Most recently he forged a partnership with Conan O’Brien and Team Coco, filming the NCAA Final Four in Dallas, Texas. For a segment with Conan, his work has been submitted for Emmy award consideration.

Gary Goldstein is an award winning writer for film, TV and the stage. He has written numerous Hallmark Channel Original Movies including the comedies “The Wish List,” “Hitched for the Holidays,” “This Magic Moment” and more. Most recently for Hallmark, he adapted the young adult novel “My Boyfriends’ Dogs,” plus scripted the original comedy-mystery “Along Came a Nanny.” Next up for the network: an adaptation of the novel “The Christmas Angel,” which will premiere late 2015. In addition, Gary has sold or optioned a number of original screenplays, has a string of episodic TV credits and has sold half-hour comedy pilots to both NBC and Warner Bros Television. On the L.A. stage, Gary has been represented with the comedies “Just Men,” “Parental Discretion” and “Three Grooms and a Bride,” which all enjoyed long and well-reviewed runs. His family drama “Curtain Call” premiered in late 2008 at Carmel, CA’s Pacific Repertory Theatre; “Jake & Monica’s Panic Attack” and “April, May & June” are slated for 2015 productions. Gary has taught screenwriting extensively throughout Los Angeles at the popular; Writers Boot Camp, Hollywood’s Learning Curve and at UCLA. He is also a freelance film reviewer and entertainment feature writer for the Los Angeles Times.

Chris Adams is the CEO and Executive Director of social syndication and video streaming company, Spondo.com. He is an internationally recognized new media pioneer, entertainment, and technology executive with twenty years of experience in creating partnerships, programs and revenue-generating initiatives between and to the benefit of brands, their customers and users around the world. He has held the title of producer and business development consultant for Facebook for which he helped to create “Facebook Diaries,” the first-ever hybrid user-generated video/reality TV show distributed on Facebook.com and Amazon.com. Mr. Adams is the former Chief Vision Officer of Participant Media, during the company’s production of Syriana, North Country, Good Night and Good Luck, Charlie Wilson’s War and Murderball.  In 2011, he co-founded Beachball Media, a joint-venture partnership with boutique agency Me+Bond to build a global, digital practice that leverages best-of-breed partners to create and execute on best-of-breed ideas.  The company won a multi-million dollar global campaign with one of Australia’s leading energy companies, Linc Energy.
